Geoff established VIP Security Industries in 1994 after 20 years frontline experience in the Western Australia Police Service. Fifteen years of his police career was spent as an Investigator and Senior Hostage Negotiator with the Criminal Investigation Branch.
Geoff has acquired a wealth of first hand experience in criminal investigations. He has been in charge of, or directly involved in numerous major inquiries involving homicide, fraud, extortion, motor vehicle theft, conspiracy to defraud and many other matters.
Geoff resigned from the Western Australia Police Service at the rank of Detective Sergeant First Class with an extensive background in investigative work and a comprehensive knowledge of criminal law and security.
Geoff is licensed with the Western Australia Police Commercial Agents Squad as a Security Agent, Security Consultant, Inquiry Agent and Investigator. Geoff is also a current member of the Security Agents Institute of Western Australia.
Sean Gregory Jones - Office Manager

After serving in the Western Australia Police Service for 12 years and attaining the rank of Detective Senior Constable, Sean resigned in April 2000. He was recruited by VIP Security Industries in May 2000.
During his police career, Sean was primarily involved as an Investigator specialising in arson investigation techniques. His last four years with the Police Service were spent with the Arson Investigation Unit - Major Crime Division. Sean has a Diploma in Criminal Investigation and a Diploma in Fire Investigation.
Sean's speciality in arson and fire related matters has enabled him to give evidence in matters concerning fire origin and cause determination in the Western Australia Supreme Court, District Court, Court of Petty Sessions and Children's Court. He has been accepted by those courts as an expert witness in relation to these matters. In the course of his police work, Sean also prepared and had accepted, numerous reports for the Coroner's Court.
Sean is licensed with the Western Australia Police Commercial Agents Squad as an Investigator and Security Consultant. He is also a member of the International Association of Arson Investigators and has applied to be accepted as a member of the Security Agents Institute of Western Australia.
