All of our alarm products and installations meet Australian Standards (AS2201). VIP Security's reputation has been achieved because we offer only quality equipment that is installed by our own technicians. Our systems are supported by the manufacturers' 2 year warranty and after sales service that is second to none.

24 hour monitoring is offered from our grade 1 monitoring control room located in Perth ensuring a local knowledge of current events within your area at any time. You will be contacted if there is any alarm activation or power loss at your premises. The police will be notified of a multi-sector alarm or duress activation. You will also be advised if your system is reporting a fault to the control room.

VIP can offer a variety of intercoms providing another aspect to protecting your family.  Intercoms are available in audio or video, colour or black and white and can be integrated with an access control system to open doors and gates.

Australian Standards recommend that alarm systems should be serviced every 12 months to ensure that your security continues to work effectively. If your alarm has not been serviced for more than 1 year call our office to arrange an appointment to service and maintain your system.
